1. An initial non-returnable deposit of 25% per person is required to secure accommodation and services. No rooms can be reserved until a deposit has been received.
2. The balance is to be paid no later than 5 weeks prior to arrival. A reminder will not be sent and if the balance is not received by the due date we reserve the right to re-let accommodation.
3. Late bookings (less than 5 weeks prior to arrival): Payment is required in full to secure accommodation.
4. Holiday insurance is recommended.
5. As part of our booking procedure a bond is required as cover against any possible loss or damage caused by a group or any member of that group. Please complete and sign the relevant section below and return this Booking Form with your deposit. No group reservations can be accepted without a Bond.
6. The management of The Lodge and Ashleigh Guest House and any additional activity providers reserve the right to refuse entry to any group or group member whose behaviour is unacceptable due to intoxication or any other reason, without refund.
7. Groups will be subject to the Terms & Conditions and safety instructions of a supplier. Suppliers may deem it necessary to cancel or curtail any activity should the behaviour of the group of any member of the group be unacceptable or unreasonable, no refund will be due. If in the opinion of a supplier any member of the group is deemed unfit to take part in any aspect of the event, no refund will be due and no compensation will be paid for any part of the event.
8. A minimum reservation period of 2 nights applies to weekend reservations unless otherwise agreed. For Bank Holiday weekends a minimum reservation period of 3 nights is applied.
9. Electron/Solo cards cannot be accepted.
